Custom Units 
Enchanted Crowns high quality custom units are made using a sewing machine and are constructed on a mesh dome cap. Lace customization (bleaching knots and tweezing the hair line) are included, as well as washing the hair, an adjustable elastic band, and styling of your choice. Units may be worn with or without adhesive. Please be sure to submit your head measurements for a custom unit. If your measurements are not submitted, your unit will be constructed using a 22" circumference by default. 
Custom unit orders require production and are completed up to 1 week after your hair arrives (unless you provide your own hair).
Coloring services require additional time.

*Please note: All add ons including color and cut services will have to be booked as a separate service. If you wish to add on a service to your custom unit, please choose a time slot on the same day that you selected your custom unit to be completed (if there is a time slot available on the day).

Virgin Hair Extensions and Lace
Enchanted Crowns offers 100% virgin human hair in straight, body wave and deep curly textures. Hair may be bleached to level 9 blonde/613 blonde or dyed. Straight hair and body wave hair may be styled with heat. It is not recommended to alter the natural state of deep curly hair. With proper care, virgin hair will maintain its integrity and will reflect with minimal shedding or tangling. HD and transparent lace are available in your choice of a 5x5 closure or 13x6 frontal and work for all skin complexions. To achieve the most realistic scalp appearance, makeup or lace tint that matches your skin tone should be applied lightly to your lace. Hair is not kept on hand unless stated otherwise.

Enchanted Crowns operates on a "pre-order system". Hair may take up to 7 days to deliver (this estimate includes time for any delays and hair may arrive sooner). 
Hair extensions orders without a custom unit construction are processed and shipped to you within 1.5 weeks.

Measurements
You are responsible for accurately measuring your head and sending your measurements when booking a custom unit. There is a custom unit form to submit measurements when booking a custom unit. Please submit all 6 measurements according to the chart below. It is recommended that your hair is braided down or flattened (such as in a slick back) at the time of measuring to mimic your hair under a wig. With proper measurements taken, your wig should fit your head nice and snug. If your unit does not properly fit, please contact Enchanted Crowns for possible solutions.


















Ready to Wear Units
Ready to wear units are constructed by Enchanted Crowns in advance and may be worn without adhesive (no product OR the use of non-adhesive products including wig grip gel, mousse, lace tape, spritz) or with adhesive (glue, glue sprays). Details and specifications are provided in the product description. Units will come washed, customized and styled. The size and specifications will be included in the unit description. Please be sure the unit is your size prior to purchasing.
Ready to wear units will be shipped within 3 days of purchasing.
"Premade" or "vendor made" units may be available for purchase and will be included in the "Ready-to-Wear" section and may or may not be styled. Details will be in the product description. 
If you need your lace cut in advance, please ask prior to receiving your unit. Cutting lace is free of charge.

Shipping
Please be sure to enter the correct shipping information while placing your order. Information will not be changed once your payment is submitted. Your shipping and billing address must match.
Please select the correct shipping option. There are 2 options; one to ship a unit to you or one to ship bundles to you. If you purchase a custom unit, select the shipping for units only. If you only purchase hair, select the bundles only shipping. If you purchase bundles and a custom unit service, select the shipping for units only. 

Once your package is in possession of USPS, USPS is responsible for the delivery of your package. Enchanted Crowns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS about missing packages.

Returns or Exchanges 
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges on are not accepted unless there is a mistake on behalf of the seller. If there is an issue with your order, please contact the owner directly via email at enchantedcrownsbyess@gmail.com.

If your hair order is processed, you will be unable to cancel your order. 

Service Cancellations, Rescheduling and Emergency Services
If you wish to cancel a service, please email enchantedcrownsbyess@gmail.com. You should contact Enchanted Crowns for a status update on your service. If your service is in progress at the time of cancellation request, you will be unable to cancel your service. For example, if you book a custom unit and your unit has hair sewn to the cap at the time of the cancellation request, you will be unable to cancel your service. 
If you wish to reschedule a service, please only choose a date later than the original date. 

Emergency services are accepted in the event that there is availability to complete your request. You will be notified whether your request is accepted or not. All services except full highlights, half highlights and full color may be expedited.
